When are ordering deadlines?

Tuesday delivery - Order by 12pm Thursday  

Friday delivery - Order by 12pm Monday

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, we do. The minimum order is $100.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

For all orders within Sydney we have a delivery rate of between $10 - $20 depending on your location. Should your order total more than $200 there is no delivery fee. 

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No you don’t. Your food is delivered in a insulated box with ice pack. We guarantee that your items will stay cold for 4 hours from drop off. Just let us know where you would like the delivery to be left and we will send you a confirmation text once it has been delivered so you can ensure you’ll be home within 4 hours.

Can I request a specific delivery window?

Our delivery windows are as follows:

  • Tuesday - 7am - 1pm
  • Friday - 7am - 1pm

If you do require a specific delivery window please let us know. There is a $50 surcharge for this and is subject to availability.

Can I collect the order myself if I am outside the delivery range?

Yes you can. You can pick your order up on either Tuesdays or Friday between 10am – 12pm from out kitchen. When placing your order please choose local pick up and select the best day for your collection. The address for our kitchen is 3/25 Ossary St, Mascot, NSW, 2020.

How long can I keep the food if I don’t eat it right away?

All our meals are designed to eat within 3 days of delivery and have specific best before dates and storage information so you can ensure it will stay fresh until used. All meals vary, so please be sure to check the information on the label when you receive it so nothing goes to waste.

Can I freeze the meals?

Please refer to the storage information on the meal specific label. If the meal is suitable to be frozen, it will say so! Please note that not all meals are suitable to freeze. 

Can I request a no contact delivery?

We have adopted this approach as normal protocol in response to the COVID19 outbreak. Your meals will be delivered to your door-step and confirmed via a call to the contact number you provided us. If you don’t answer, we’ll send you a photo of your package awaiting collection via text.

For over 40 years, Weave provided a way up and a way forward supporting children, young people, families and communities facing complex situations.

Their diverse range of programs have been designed to help tackle issues related to poverty, drugs, alcohol and mental health, homelessness, domestic violence, family breakdown and isolation.
